Affiliate Recruitment Specialist (iGaming)

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting affiliates in the iGaming industry.
• Existing network of affiliate partners and contacts (experience in the Indian market is strongly preferred).
• Ability to proactively identify, reach out to, and onboard new affiliate partners rather than waiting for inbound applications.
• Strong understanding of CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid commission models.
• Provide a weekly progress report, including:
• Number of affiliates contacted
• Response rate
• Number of new affiliate partnerships signed
• Experience managing affiliate relationships and optimizing partner performance.
• Ability to negotiate commission structures and long-term partnership agreements.
