Gaming Analyst Join an innovative, fast-paced analytics team at the cutting edge of sports betting and online gaming! As a Gaming Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing iGaming to improve player experience across our digital platforms. You'll own recurring reports, contribute to experimentation, and provide actionable insights to help iGaming teams prioritize features and refine user experiences. This is a great opportunity for someone with early-career analytics experience looking to deepen their technical skills and make an impact on customer-facing product decisions. Analytical: Conduct exploratory analyses to uncover player behavioral patterns, iGaming gameplay trends, post-promotional result feedback, and untapped areas of opportunity Translate findings into clear and actionable insights to support iGaming operational activities Apply core statistical techniques such as: Hypothesis testing Regression analysis (linear/logistic) Clustering or segmentation logic Data ETL & Automation: Create, test, deploy, and maintain ETL processes to help support new operational initiatives Build out automated reoccurring communications for manipulated data as needed Support existing automations and drive new changes to improve them Data Visualization & Communication: Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Dash, Streamlit or Power BI Summarize findings in a clear, stakeholder-friendly format Present insights into recurring team syncs or iGaming planning sessions Document & Git all analysis and work completed Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in analytics Proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, NumPy); experience with Dash or visualization tools is a plus Foundational knowledge of statistical concepts and experimentation Experience with key stakeholder reporting, presenting, and engagement Strong attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent communication and collaboration skills Degree in a STEM field preferred (e.g. Statistics, Data Analytics & Science, Physics) The annual salary range for this position is $76000 to $95000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan. Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements: As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment.
