Senior Program Manager/ iGaming / Remote

A fast growing iGaming platform company operating in the United States is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join their team. The company builds and scales high performance systems that power online gaming, betting platforms, and real time transactions, leveraging API-driven architectures, third-party integrations, and highly available distributed systems to support millions of users across multiple jurisdictions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar role
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
• Strong experience working with Engineering and Product teams in Agile environments
• Experience managing external partners, vendors, or enterprise-level integrations
• Solid understanding of APIs, system architecture, and platform-based development
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and competing priorities across multiple workstreams
• Strong communication skills, including experience presenting to executive stakeholders
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar Desired Skills & Experience
• Experience working in regulated industries such as fintech, gaming, or healthcare
• Familiarity with structured PMO environments and enterprise program frameworks
• Experience leading partner integrations or platform rollouts across B2B and B2C models
• Exposure to payment systems or compliance-driven workflows
• PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or similar certification
• Experience managing large-scale programs with 20+ stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field What You Will Be Doing
