Product GTMM for Modern Work

Microsoft is seeking a Product GTMM for Modern Work to lead product strategy and execution for Teams Phone, Teams Premium, and Places within the Americas Modern Work Product Go To Market team. This role is part of the Sales Enablement & Operations organization and focuses on engineering scale and consistency in GTM strategy, operations, and customer/partner experience. The ideal candidate will build and drive end-to-end strategy to grow the Americas Microsoft 365 business, collaborating with various teams to achieve ambitious growth strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.
• 3+ years experience in enterprise go to market.
• 3+ years experience with telecom ecosystems.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex organization.
