iGaming Compliance Specialist, Remote

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Compliance Specialist to join our team at Gamewise which is based out of Miami, Florida. As a Compliance Specialist you will be part of a collaborative customer-focused team by supporting and resolving fraud and payment-related inquiries from guests. Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the igaming industry and 1-2 years of igaming compliance related experience.

This position can be remote, with up to 10% travel.

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $43300 - $57400 / year

Responsibilities

Process Level 1 (front line) verifications by trusting player identities.

Ensure all KYC information and documentation are collected within the prescribed time frame.

Review documentation related to identity verification to ensure iGaming guest accounts are created successfully.

Assist customer support with guest inquiries.

When necessary, assist Level 2 Associates with other verification screenings, including but not limited to geolocation, deposits, and withdrawal of funds.

Conduct daily reviews of wagering activity to detect and prevent fraudulent activity and suspicious behavior.

Qualifications

1-2 years of complaince experience, ideally in iGaming or Gaming industry.

Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree, preferred.

Understanding of gaming payment processes.

Self-motivated, analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail.

Investigative curiosity with strong organizational skills.

Competence with Zendesk & Microsoft Office product suite, a plus.

Flexibility to work occassional weekends.

Experience working in an environment where both individual and team goals are met or exceeded routinely.
