Gaming / iGaming Investment Banking Adviser – Growth Capital Raise - Contract to Hire

We are looking for an experienced investment banking / capital raising adviser with direct gaming, iGaming, sportsbook or adjacent sector experience to advise on a potential institutional growth capital raise.

About the business

We operate a rapidly growing online gaming platform launched in April.

Within our first few months, the platform has processed:

$300m+ non-sponsored wagering volume

Approximately $20m weekly wagering volume recently

Significant deposit and GGR growth since launch

Approximately $1bn annualized wagering run-rate based on recent weekly volumes

We are evaluating a growth round, initially in the $3–10m range, potentially larger depending on structure, valuation and investor interest.

What we're looking for

We want an adviser who can help us determine the optimal financing strategy and, if there is a fit, structure and execute an institutional fundraising process.

This may include

Advising on round size, valuation and financing structure

Assessing institutional investor readiness

Positioning the business and investment narrative

Identifying appropriate gaming, growth equity, venture and family-office investors

Making direct introductions to relevant investors from your existing network

Managing an organised and competitive fundraising process

Advising on investor materials and financial presentation

Preparing management for investor meetings and diligence

Managing term-sheet discussions and transaction dynamics

Working alongside our finance and legal teams through closing

Who we're looking for

Strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in:

Investment banking

Gaming / iGaming advisory

Growth equity or private equity

Gaming-focused venture capital

Specialist M&A / corporate finance boutiques

Institutional private capital placement

Direct gaming/iGaming transaction experience is highly preferred.

We are particularly interested in advisers who have personally worked on $3m–$25m private capital raises.

What we're NOT looking for

This is not primarily a pitch-deck creation or investor-list-building engagement.

We are not looking for someone whose fundraising approach consists mainly of compiling databases and sending mass cold outreach.

The key value we are looking for is transaction experience, strategic advice, process execution and genuine investor relationships.
